You can have a Spooktacular golfing experience at Explore Park this Halloween season. The park is offering Haunted Woods Mini Golf on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from Oct. 19 to 28. The course will be open from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., and it’s super affordable. You can play the entire 18 holes for $7, and kids 12 and under can play for $3. What Is Haunted Woods Mini Golf?
Haunted Woods Mini Golf is just like regular mini golf, with some Halloween Spooktacular twists. You will move from one hole to the next, encountering goblins, ghouls, and more along the way. Oh, and it’s going to be dark out, so the scares are even more intense.
Don’t worry about seeing your ball, though. The glow-in-the-dark balls are easy to see, and the holes have been designed to let in enough light so you can see where you’re going. Just don’t be surprised if you still experience some jump scares. Just because you can see where you’re going doesn’t mean you’ll be able to see the ghosts before they cross your path.

What About the Little Kids?
Do your little ones get scared easily? Here’s something that’s really neat about this mini golf course. First, it opens early enough that you can avoid playing in complete darkness. Get there between 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. so it won’t be as dark. Also, the staff can mark your kids so the ghosts and goblins will know to leave them alone.
Just remember. You’re still fair game, so get ready to get scared.
