The Brian Wilson concert is the last one in this “Totally Rad Roanoke Star City Concert Series,” and it takes place on Aug. 20. You will recognize Wilson from the Beach Boys, and he is celebrating the 50th anniversary of their album “Pet Sounds.” Throughout the years, Wilson has been part of more than two dozen different Top 40 hits, producing, performing, co-writing, and arranging along with his fellow Beach Boys.

Buy your tickets in advance to save $8 on adult tickets and $3 on kid tickets. If you buy them in advance, adults can get in for $47 and children between 7 and 12 only cost $17 to get in. Those 6 and younger don’t have to pay anything to enter. These are incredibly affordable prices considering Brian Wilson’s contributions to music. The concert will take at the Elmwood Park Amphitheater.
